Does an invoice or receipt come with the delivery?

No billing information is included in the parcel.

Can I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Instead, you can contact our customer support team through the Contact form and we will try our best to modify your order before it has been sent out.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can change the delivery address. Please use the contact form to get in touch.

Can I include a gift message?

We have a range of greeting cards, from birthdays to congratulations to seasonal messages, which can be added onto any order. Just select the one you wish to add in the basket and include your personalised message.

How do I find my order number?

Your order number will be visible as soon as you complete your order, and you'll be sent an email with your order confirmation receipt. You can also find this on the 'Order History' tab of your account on our website.
